We can provide either a letting only service or a full and thorough, totally hassle free letting & management service.

Services include:

• Extensive and effective marketing of every property until let.
• Within 24 hours of first inspecting your property and taking photographs and measurements etc, for every property we are instructed to market, an individual advertisement including photographs will appear on 30 of the UK's leading property portal websites including: Vebra, Rightmove, Assertahome, Fish 4 homes, This is London, Propertyfinder and Rentamatic.
• Careful tenant selection and referencing process.
• Fast (seven day a week) management response rate, resolving all issues swiftly and effectively. We have teams of plumbers, electricians, builders etc both North and South of the River Thames.
• Fees are 6% for lettings only service and 10% for full letting & management service.
